1. Processing & Handling

We process and prepare your orders for shipment within 1 business day.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the following business day.

2. Transit & Delivery

Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our shipping carriers.

Transit Time: Typically 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Total Delivery: You can expect your order to arrive within 3–6 business days from the time you place your order (assuming it is placed before the cut-off).

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your items are dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time. Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout, as Vividmanstyle cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Damaged or Lost Items

We strive for perfection, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@vividmanstyle.shop within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. For packages marked as lost in transit, please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
