Cancel/ Change Order

At Vividmanstyle, we understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to modify or cancel your order. We strive to provide as much flexibility as possible while ensuring your Jeans, Leg Pants, and Shirts are processed and shipped efficiently.

1. Requesting a Change or Cancellation

Because we aim to ship your orders as quickly as possible (within our 1-business-day handling window), the timeframe to modify or cancel an order is limited.

Time Window: You must request a change or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.
How to Request: Please email support@vividmanstyle.shop immediately. Use the subject line: "URGENT: Change/Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]".

2. What Can Be Changed?

Within the 2-hour window, we can assist with:

Updating your shipping address.
Changing the size or color of an item (subject to stock availability).
Removing an item from your order.
Canceling the order entirely.

3. Orders Past the 2-Hour Window

Once an order has entered our processing queue or has been dispatched, we can no longer modify or cancel it.

If the order has already shipped: You will need to wait for the package to arrive and follow our standard Return & Refund Policy to send the items back to us for a full refund.
Refusal of Delivery: We do not recommend refusing delivery, as this may delay the return process and potentially result in additional shipping fees.
