At VividManStyle, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help with returns and refunds.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vividmanstyle.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with photos of the issue for faster assistance.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
