To preserve the quality of our inventory for all clients, we accept returns under the following strict conditions within 30 days of the delivery date:
- The garment must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags, including security seals and brand identifiers, must remain intact and attached.
- The item must be free from scents, stains, or alterations of any kind.
- Original packaging must be included to protect the product during return transit.
Refund Protocol & Timelines
Transparency in financial transactions is our priority. Once your return is received at our administrative hub, our quality control team will perform a final inspection. Upon approval, your refund will be initiated immediately.
The total refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that while we process refunds within 5 business days, your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the transaction in your account balance.

In the rare event that you receive a garment with a structural defect or an incorrect item, please notify our digital liaison at support@vividmanstyle.shop within 48 hours of receipt. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, ensuring the integrity of your wardrobe remains uncompromised.

To begin the process, please contact our support team with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary documentation and the return shipping address for our Anchorage administrative center.
