Cancel / Change Order

At VividManStyle, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or make changes to your order. Please read the guidelines below for a smooth process.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may have already entered processing and cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and request. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible.

Order Changes

Changes to shipping address, product options, or quantity can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is in processing or shipped, changes cannot be accommodated.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
